At Tanna, everything starts with a memory: the grandmother. That warm, generous origin that defines how we understand cooking. Pierre and Manuel learned early on that good food always tastes better when it's shared.
For Manuel, every dish is a way of returning to those moments: the kitchen full of aromas, his grandmother's hands guiding every gesture, every recipe passed down with love. Gathering family and friends around the table is much more than a tradition — it's almost a devotion.
Tanna was born from that place. From Pierre's deep conviction that "sharing is living." More than serving food, we seek to share our experiences and our story through the experience you live at our table.
With the same spirit and conviction that gave rise to Farol 16, Tanna was born: a more casual and welcoming concept, with Italian soul, where we don't cook to impress — we cook to bring people together.
